Dissolve
Pour the gelatin packet into the boiling water and stir until completely dissolved โ no granules left.

Mix
Add the cold water and mix well.

Pour
Divide into small cups or one serving bowl.
Small cups = built-in portion control. -

Add the berries
Drop the chopped strawberries into each cup. They'll float into place as the jello sets.

Chill
Refrigerate for 3โ4 hours, or until firm with a proper jiggle.

Top & serve
Add a little light whipped cream if you want it extra creamy. Serve cold.

Swap the flavor
- Raspberry gelatin + fresh raspberries
- Cherry gelatin + halved cherries
- Mixed berry โ combine two packets
- Lime gelatin + a squeeze of fresh lime
Good to know
- Keeps 3โ4 days covered in the fridge
- Layer with yogurt for a parfait look
- Add berries after 1h of chilling to suspend them mid-cup
- Don't use fresh pineapple or kiwi โ they stop gelatin from setting
